Logging In

How do I log in to the website manager?
To log in to the website manager go to: YOUR DOMAIN NAME/login. For example, if your domain name is www.test.com, you would go to test.com/login to access the website manager. NOTE: You’ll need to remove the “www.” from the URL.

What is my username and password?
Your project manager sent you a final “Important Information” message when your website went live—that’s where your user name and password can be found. Your user name is always your domain name (without the www.). Your password is a series of numbers. If you need help finding your password, please email accountmanagement@markethardware.com and let them know that you lost your password (make sure you let them know who you are and what your domain name is.)

I’m having trouble logging into the website manager, what now?
You’ll want to make sure that you enable java and accept cookies in the options of your internet browser. To learn how to do this, click here.

Making Changes

How do I make changes to my website?
First, login to the website manager (video here). Then click, “Turn editing on” found at the top left of the screen. Yellow “Edit” buttons will appear under every editable area on your website. Click on an “Edit” button to make changes to the respective editable area. When you click “Save”, your changes should publish immediately. If your changes do not save when you click, “Save Edits”, please let us know by emailing us at accountmanagement@markethardware.com.

What if I want to make changes to an uneditable area on my website?
If you don’t see a yellow “Edit” button underneath an area that you want to make changes to, that means it’s an uneditable area. Our Account Management team will have to make the change for you. You can contact them at accountmanagement@markethardware.com.Just let us know what your changes are and we’ll contact you if we have questions.

Can I copy and paste information from Microsoft Word?
No—copying and pasting information from a Word document is not recommended. A Word document has formatted text, and the editor can only accept unformatted text. If you want to copy and paste information onto your website from any document, you’ll need to paste it into a .txt file.

Email

How do I create a new email address?
To create a new email address, you’ll first need to login to the website manager. Once you’re logged in, follow the instructions under “Creating Email Accounts” here.

I want to access my email through Outlook, how do I do that?
We’ve included step by step instructions on how to configure your email client to accept email from any email address on your domain. Click here to learn how.

How do I access my email online?
You can access webmail online at any time by going to: mail.YOUR DOMAIN.com/webmail. (without the “www.” For example, if your domain name is www.test.com, you could access webmail by going to: mail.test.com/webmail. In the “Name” field, enter your email address (without the @DOMAIN NAME portion). Then enter the password associated with that email address.

Statistics

How do I see how many people are viewing my website?
You'll want to view your website statistics. To access your website statistics, you’ll need to login to the website manager. Click here to learn how to access your website statistics.

Miscellaneous

My Project Manager told me I could get a training session to learn how to make changes to my website, how do I sign up for the training session?
If you haven’t received your coaching session, you can sign up for one by going to: appointments.markethardware.com. Click on #9. “Website Coaching Call” and find a time that works for you.

This coaching session will take approximately 20–40 minutes and is designed to familiarize you with your new site and the Site Manager tool. Please be sure to log into your site and work with the tool prior to the coaching call so we can answer specific questions for you. Please also be logged into your site in time for your call from us.
